• The accuracy or completeness of any listing information provided by sellers.
• That any transaction will be completed.
• The quality, safety, or legality of any business listed on the platform.

While we verify revenue and financial data through our verification process, buyers should conduct their own independent due diligence before entering into any transaction.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. All fees are described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Ecommerce Acquisitions and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

You may receive confidential information about businesses listed on the platform. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential, use it only for the purpose of evaluating a potential acquisition, and not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECOMMERCE ACQUISITIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification
